8. CLIMB A MOUNTAIN

Literally, the most outstanding mountain in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania stands tall at 5895 meters. Mt. Kilimanjaro is also the tallest free-standing mountain in the world, i.e., it is not part of a mountain range. Climbing enthusiasts or those just out for an adventure will find the journey to the summit quite exhilarating. The average success rate for climbing this mountain is estimated at around 75%. The climb is challenging enough to break a sweat but quite surmountable at the same time. Climbing Mt.
