The Rooming list is required at the time of the booking. This should at the very least include full names of travellers as they appear on the Passport and any special dietary or other needs.

  8. Transportation

We have a wide selection of vehicles ranging from Saloon cars, minibuses, landcruisers or coaches and therefore Airport/city transfers are done based on client requirement and depending on group size.

Whilst on safari, transportation is based on either 7-seater safari mini-buses or 4×4 Land cruisers. The Safari vehicles have a roof hatch for enhanced game viewing and photography. We reserve the right to use the services of sub- contractors for all or part of the services.

Where the game drives and airstrip transfers are provided for by a lodge/camp, this service is undertaken on a non-exclusive (per seat-in-car) basis, usually in a 4×4 vehicle with services of an English speaking driver/guide.

  9. Domestic Flights

There is a maximum luggage limitation of 15 kgs per person (preferably in soft/duffle bags) on all local charters and scheduled flights between parks and cities.

Excess baggage is charged at the prevailing freight rate and is strictly subject to space availability.

Although the standard schedule timing to the parks is strictly observed, the flight can be rerouted to start dropping at other airstrips depending on where most clients on that flight are destined. This is however at the discretion of the carrier airline and the client will be briefed at the earliest convenience.
